KirKit
Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and KhedMaidan, V.P.O Palkwah, Tehsil Haroli, District Una, Himachal Pradesh 177220, India ("KirKit", "we", "us") covering the KirKit app and website. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use KirKit.
1. Who can use KirKit
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use KirKit only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 to do anything involving money on KirKit — paying an entry fee or for a promotion, earning into a KirKit wallet, withdrawing money, or being hired as a streamer. Those parts of the app are closed to accounts under 18.
You must give us accurate information when you sign up — including a real date of birth, because both age rules and tournament age categories depend on it — and keep it up to date. One person, one account.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it. We may refuse, reclaim or change a username that impersonates someone else, infringes a trademark, or is offensive.
3. Your content
Everything you post stays yours. To run KirKit we need permission to host and show it, so by posting you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, adapt for delivery (resizing, transcoding, generating thumbnails and stream recordings), publish and display your content within KirKit and in KirKit's own promotion of the platform. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for the reasons set out in the Privacy Policy, and except where someone else has already shared it.
You promise that you own or are licensed to post what you post, and that posting it does not break anyone else's rights or any law. Do not upload broadcast footage, music, film clips or photographs you do not have the right to use.
4. Community rules — zero tolerance
There is no tolerance on KirKit for objectionable content or abusive users. The Community Guidelines page says the same thing in plain language, with the steps for reporting and blocking. You must not post, send, stream or share:
- Sexual content, nudity, or any sexual content involving a minor. Sexual content involving a minor is reported to the authorities and the account is removed permanently and immediately.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or campaigns targeting a person or a team.
- Hate speech or attacks on people because of religion, caste, ethnicity, region, language, sex, gender, disability, sexual orientation or any similar characteristic.
- Violent, graphic or cruel content, incitement to violence, or glorification of it.
- Content promoting self-harm or suicide.
- Illegal activity, including the sale of drugs, weapons or stolen goods, and illegal betting or gambling on matches.
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to corrupt a match or a scorer.
- Impersonating another player, an organiser, an official or KirKit itself.
- Spam, scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, or bulk unsolicited messages.
- Deliberate falsehoods about a person, a team or a result, or falsified scoring.
- Anyone else's private information — phone number, address, identity documents — without their permission.
- Malware, or anything designed to break, overload or probe KirKit's systems.
You also must not scrape KirKit, resell access to it, or use it to build a competing dataset of players.
5. Reporting content and abusive users
Every post, reel, story, comment, direct message, live stream, live-chat message, player profile, challenge entry and team carries a Report action. Open the item's menu and choose Report, then pick what is wrong with it: spam, harassment, nudity, violence, hate, misinformation, copyright infringement, or something else you describe in your own words. The report goes straight into our moderation queue.
A direct message and a live-chat line have no identity of their own to act on, so reporting one reports the account that sent it — that is the account a moderator reviews and can act against. Reporting is confidential: the person you report is not told who reported them.
You can block any player yourself. Open their profile, a chat with them, or the menu on anything they posted, and choose Block. Blocking is mutual and immediate: neither of you sees the other's posts, reels, stories, comments or live streams, neither of you can message the other, and any follow between you is removed. The person you block is not told. You can undo it at any time from Settings, under Blocked accounts.
If someone is harassing you, report them and write to kirkit@khedmaidan.com with their username. We can suspend or ban an account, remove its content, and stop it contacting you.
6. How we moderate
Text is checked before it is published. Captions, comments, chat and direct messages, usernames, bios, team names and tournament names are screened against a list of prohibited terms as you submit them, and are refused outright if they match.
Photos, videos and live video are not screened before they appear. We are not going to claim otherwise: images and video are reviewed when somebody reports them, which is exactly why the Report action is on every surface and why we ask you to use it.
Our moderators review reported content. We aim to review every report within 24 hours, and faster for reports involving a minor, a credible threat, or an ongoing live stream.
When a report is upheld we remove the content from KirKit. Depending on how serious and how repeated the behaviour is, we may also warn the account, remove its ability to post, suspend it, or ban it permanently — a ban ends the account's sessions immediately, hides its posts, reels, stories and comments, and stops it signing back in. A live stream that breaks these rules is ended while it is running. When a report is not upheld we dismiss it and the content stays. We may remove content or suspend an account before completing a review where the harm is serious and immediate.
If we act against your account and you think we are wrong, write to kirkit@khedmaidan.com and a person will look at it again. If we agree we were wrong, the content the ban hid is put back. If you are not satisfied, escalate to our Grievance Officer, named at the end of this document.
7. Copyright and other infringement
We remove infringing material. If something on KirKit infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to kirkit@khedmaidan.com containing:
- your name, postal address, email address and telephone number;
- identification of the work you own, or a representative list if there are many;
- a link to, or a precise description of, the material on KirKit you want removed, so we can find it;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We acknowledge a complete notice within 24 hours and, where the notice is complete and valid, remove or disable the material within 36 hours. We tell the person who posted it what was removed and why.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address identifying the material, explaining why it was not infringing, and consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts named below. We may restore the material after passing your counter-notice to the complainant. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.
8. Payments, fees and wallets
Not available in this release. KirKit is currently running without payments: tournaments and Premier Leagues are free to enter, no money can be charged, earned or withdrawn, and no wallet can hold a balance. The rest of this section describes how payments work when they are switched on, and applies from the day they are.
Tournament entry fees, promotions, streamer bookings and Premier League payments are taken through our payment gateway. Prices are shown before you pay and include our platform fee where one applies. Payment-gateway charges are shown separately where they apply. You must be 18 or over to pay for anything on KirKit.
Money you earn is credited to your KirKit wallet. To withdraw it you must be 18 or over and must complete identity verification. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before they are paid. Refunds follow the refund rules shown for the tournament or booking at the time you paid; where a tournament is cancelled, the refund is processed back to the original payment method.
You may not delete your account while it holds a pending withdrawal, an active tournament you organise, a live match you are scoring, or an active streamer booking. Settle those first.
9. Tournaments, matches and statistics
Tournaments are created and run by organisers, not by KirKit. Eligibility rules — age category, locality, society — are enforced by the platform from what you have entered on your profile; entering a false date of birth or locality to qualify for a tournament is grounds for removal from the tournament and from KirKit.
Match statistics are entered by whoever is scoring the match and feed your career record and the leaderboards. We correct genuine scoring errors when they are reported, but we are not the referee of a disputed match — that is between the players and the organiser.
10. Live streaming
If you stream, you are publishing live to other users and everything in these terms applies to what you broadcast, in real time. Streams may be recorded and made available for replay. Do not stream anything you do not have the right to broadcast, and do not stream people who have not agreed to be broadcast. We can end a stream immediately if it breaks these rules.
11. Identity verification
Not available in this release. Identity verification is switched off, and the app does not ask for or collect an Aadhaar number. Nothing described here happens today. It applies from the day verification is switched on, which cannot happen before payments are.
Before we pay money out we verify who you are, using an Aadhaar-based check through our verification partner. What we collect, what we keep and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy. Giving false identity information, or using someone else's, ends your account and may be a criminal offence.
12. Advertising
KirKit may show advertising between posts and reels. Advertising is currently switched off. Ads are marked as such, and we do not endorse what is advertised.
13. Suspending or ending your account
You can delete your account at any time — see the Delete Your KirKit Account page. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if keeping it open would put other users or the platform at risk. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will tell you why.
14. Things we do not promise
KirKit is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any statistic, leaderboard position or piece of user content is accurate. We are not responsible for what other users post, say or do, on or off the platform, and we are not a party to any arrangement you make with another player, an organiser or a streamer.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, lost sponsorship, or lost data; and our total liability to you for any claim connected with KirKit is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you posted or from your breach of these terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always published here with its "last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use KirKit after that means you accept the new version.
16. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Una, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either of us may seek urgent injunctive relief anywhere.
